How to change from KPM to MPH?
In the manual pages 14-15, it stated the following:
Under KCAL or DISTANCE MODE,
Hold the "Page" key for 3 seconds to go into the setting.
Press the Page key to select Gender, (male/female)
Press the Page key to go into the Weight Unit, (Kg/Lb)
By changing the weight unit all display units will change from metric units to imperial units. (MPH/KPH, Lb/KG, ML/KM)
In setting there is a page which allows me to set from 100 to 1000, what is this setting for?
This has been pre-set according to the spinner bike you purchased. Please do not change this setting, changing this setting may result in inaccurate data.
